Maah Daah Hey in a Day RACE!

The 2011 Maah Daah Hey in a Day “Plan B” Crew Left to right: Frank, Chad, Tim, Ian, Mike, Nick, James, John

ATTENTION:  Due to the unique trail damage and overgrown conditions of the Maah Daah Hey this year we are going to “Plan B” please note the changes below.

    • When:  Saturday August 13th, 2011… 4am (Central Time Zone) 7am (mountain) / 8am (central) – until you finish or quit!
    • Where: The whole Maah Daah Hey Trail…  Only on the southernmost part of the trail, since it is the most “race-able.”
    • What: A mountain bike RACE on the entire 105 miles of mountain bike friendly singletrack, starting at CCC and ending at Sully.     56 miles long, 95% singletrack, from Medora to Wannagan & back to Medora.
    • Why: To prove that YOU are Legendary!  And to prove that mountain bikers are the most relentless users of the MDH Trail!
    • Cost: FREE!
    • How: Each rider determines their own support crew, food, and drinks. It will be easier to “share” support vehicles with an Out & Back style event now.
    • Rules: A pre-race meeting will be held at CCC campground on Friday August 12th at 5pm Central Time Zone  Meet in front of Dakota Cyclery Bike Shop in Medora  at 6am (mountain) / 7am (central) Saturday, August 13th, 2011
